• Accountable for leading the delivery of vulnerability management and infrastructure security base changes for Digital services/servers
• Responsible for reporting the patch status into WPB Management and DIS Management
• Accountable for the tracking and continuous improvement and cadence of delivery across the Digital estate
• Responsible for all communications related to vulnerability management; publish and circulate important updates to the team and to all relevant stakeholders and ensure understanding
• Drive and be accountable for plans and schedules with a strong planning mindset and outlook
• Attending and representing Digital in patch managements calls related to OS, WAS or other Vulnerabilities
• Single point of contact for stakeholders, including interface into external stakeholder teams e.g Unix, WAS, Central patching teams, and IT Service Owners
• Co-ordinate with regional leads to help them with any challenges / issues
• Conduct weekly team meetings for the Patch management team
• Accountable for the maintenance and accuracy of DIS data e.g Service/Server ownership
• Conduct and facilitate training and knowledge sharing as relevant to the role of environment management
• Ensure all appropriate services are onboarded onto Patching Automation and DIGS
• Timely escalation of risks and issues and mitigation by action and prioritization
• Ensure compliance with internal and external technology standards and regulatory obligations

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with a wide spectrum of stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication especially with senior stakeholders in Business & IT
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence, Devops tools, Agile methodologies
• Experience of managing multi-disciplined, multi-location teams to timelines
• Ability to work in an unstructured and changing environment and adaptable to managing changing priorities with the ability to pivot on strategy and priorities when business needs arise
• Self-sufficient and demonstrates initiative, and open to learn new practices and techniques
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence others positively
• Strong team player engaging and encouraging others with forward thinking approach
• Open to different cultures, opinions and working practices
• A high level of commitment and self-motivation, together with an ability to deal with stressful environments
• Passionate about delivering value to customers
• Proven technical expertise in an IT role
• Good knowledge of crisis response and recovery
• Track record of successful staff management and motivation
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Highly adaptable and ability to approach things differently
