Responsibilities:Position LocationPuneWork Hours10.30 to 7.30Reporting Relationship:This role reports to Sr. Delivery Manager / Program ManagerExpectations\xc2\xb7 Individual contributor role with a primary focus on supporting Discovery & Technical solutioning of features.\xc2\xb7 Hands-on contribution towards deliveries along with Ownership & Expertise on large sections of our solutions / multiple systems - Implementations & support\xc2\xb7 Leverage enterprise level methodologies, tools, processes, technologies, design patterns in implementations and advance adoption within business unit.\xc2\xb7 Lead Continuous Improvement practices including business & tech innovation and automation.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal and external partners for implementing end to end solutions.KeyResponsibilities
(If any)Strategy\xc2\xb7 Able to understand business strategic initiatives; consistently influence decision-making.Solution Design & Implementation\xc2\xb7 Lead, design, and communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders as well as communicate business objectives to the technical team and get buy-in.\xc2\xb7 Capable of debugging the most complex problems that the team encounters.\xc2\xb7 Anticipate technical issues at the product level and make architectural and design recommendation to avoid them.\xc2\xb7 Practice/Implement Design thinking approach.Talent Maturity\xc2\xb7 Mentor the team for Best practices in Coding and Designing Secure software development solutions. Proactively nurture talent.Delivery\xc2\xb7 Prepare High level designs including feasibility study, proof of concepts and related artefacts. Ensure designs meet functional and non-functional requirements.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with Architects and business for aligning designs with BU specific architecture roadmap and guidelines.\xc2\xb7 Incorporate industry design best practices -principles and patterns to produce optimal designs.\xc2\xb7 Contribute to development and testing of complex functionality and provide support for delivery throughout SDLC phases.\xc2\xb7 Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications.\xc2\xb7 Understand technical pain areas of development team on day-to-day basis and suggest possible alternatives process.\xc2\xb7 Provide Support to Delivery Manager / Technical Lead for estimation and risk identification. Mitigate technical and Design risks.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work on cross-functional teams and collaborate with both IT and non-IT partners. Will need to provide on-call support.Required Years of Experience11+ yearsRequired Educational QualificationEducation: Graduate - Bachelor\'s degree (Any Stream)Required Technical Skills & candidate profile\xc2\xb7 5-6 years of Strong Full stack development background using Distributed technologies like J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Boot etc.\xc2\xb7 Application development using Relational Databases - Oracle/Db2 and Strong SQL skills.\xc2\xb7 Application Design Skills & applied understanding of design patterns\xc2\xb7 Exposure to Microservices\xc2\xb7 AWS exposure will be an added advantage.\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of Modern web technologies\xc2\xb7 Experience in designing including considerations for non-functional systems qualities.\xc2\xb7 Experience to execute POCs and establish reference implementations.\xc2\xb7 Good Knowledge of SDLC (like Waterfall, Iterative, Agile, SAFE)Other skills/Personal Attributes Required:\xc2\xb7 Proven experience as an IT professional.\xc2\xb7 Identify technical debt or patterns that can be upgraded resulting in significant IT efforts savings.\xc2\xb7 Must have the desire to learn new technology and continuously grow.\xc2\xb7 Advanced planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills required.\xc2\xb7 Strong leadership and presentation skills required.
