Responsibility: . Scrum Master, scrum team building, cadence and scrum workshop facilitation. . Assist the Artificial Intelligence team and work across different stakeholders. . Interface with IT and TDT to ensure IT compliance. Skills: (important to have from my perspective) - Experience in leading delivery with Agile / DevOps methodology. - Experience as scrum master and agile coaching - Experience working in Machine Vision space is a plus - Awareness of agile@scale SAFE framework - good understanding of Agile Practice, Agile delivery and Project Delivery Framework is a plus - Ability to deal with ambiguity - Deliver at speed in the innovation space : The Scrum Master is a servant-leader for the Scrum Team helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values. The Scrum Master helps those outside the Scrum Team understand their interactions with the Scrum Team.
