The ROLE


The individual will be part of the UI5 development team and contribute towards the development of new features and maintenance of the existing capabilities. The individual will be working with the product owner and design team to come up with solutions and designs that make the product robust and usable.




WHAT YOU WILL DO




• Build UI5 features and update existing features
• Demonstrate problem solving capabilities to help resolve complex design challenges
• Demonstrate customer centric thought process that will help design component that simplify usage
• Focus on quality of the deliverables
• Communicate with the rest of the team and achieve the goals for yourself, the team and the company
• Build knowledge of the product and understand the end user goals and challenges
• Work with the team and mentor / support members in need of support
• Consistently keep the automation test scripts updated
• Build knowledge of the CI / CD pipeline and be able to manage if needed






WHAT IT TAKES


• 4+ Years of UI5 development experience
• ABAP development skills would be a plus
• Hands-on HTML5, JS, CSS3 coding experience.
• SAP Web IDE, SAP Business Application Studio.
• UI5 Controller extension / UI5 configuration and development custom controls
