ROLE: Senior Consultant - SAP HCM

ROLE DESCRIPTION

• 
  Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
• 
  Should have completed at least 6 to 7 End to End SAP Time project Implementations
• 
  Work Experience 8 to 10 years
• 
  Must Have Skills SAP HCM Time Management Positive and Negative
• 
  Good To Have Skills SAP Human Capital Management, No Technology Specialization, No Technology Specialization
• 
  SAP HCM Consultant responsible for endtoend delivery of customization around HCM module through Design, Configure, Develop and Deploy S4 HANA Solution to meet client requirements

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

• 
  Must have good handson experience in SAP HCM Time Management positive and negative for factories and office.
• 
  Must have basic knowledge in SAP HCM Time Management functional have worked in environment supporting SAP HCM Time Management positive and negative
• 
  Good to have knowledge on SAP S4 projects understanding on Personnel Administration, Time Management and Payroll, Have basic knowledge on Self Services Functionality Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service and HR Admin Services
• 
  Good Command over SAP Time PCR and Schema
• 
  Extensive experience on working on processing class Evaluation class Cumulation class
• 
  Better understanding of Time Management Operation and functions
• 
  Knowledge of all other SAP HR modules OM, PA, Time , Comp ESS MSS
• 
  Educational Qualification: 1 Minimum 15 years of education

• 
  Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written
• 
  Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment
• 
  Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner
• 
  Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g. Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change and Alternative Thinking
