Together, we shape . We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with hands-on expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP programming, combined with practical experience in leveraging SAP BTP to enhance enterprise applications and systems. As an SAP ABAP Developer with SAP BTP knowledge, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SAP applications, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with the cloud-based features of the SAP BTP.Day-to-Day Responsibilitiesxe2x80x8b

• ABAP Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy ABAP programs, reports, enhancements, forms, and workflows within the SAP ECC/S/4HANA environment.
• SAP BTP Integration: Utilize SAP Business Technology Platform services (such as SAP Integration Suite, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Fiori, and SAP AI/ML capabilities) to enhance applications and integrations with both SAP and third-party systems.
• Cloud Application Development: Develop cloud-based applications and extensions using SAP BTP tools, including SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP HANA Cloud, and other SAP BTP technologies.
• System Integration: Integrate SAP on-premise solutions with SAP BTP services, ensuring smooth communication between on-premise SAP environments (ECC/S4HANA) and cloud-based components.
• Performance Optimization: Perform tuning and optimization of ABAP code and backend processes for improved performance, particularly in cloud environments.
• Custom Development & Enhancement: Implement custom developments such as reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW) based on business requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, system architects, and other team members to ensure that SAP BTP functionalities are effectively implemented.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Identify and resolve ABAP programming issues, including performance issues and bugs in both SAP S/4HANA and BTP-based applications.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for all development work, ensuring clarity and compliance with project requirements.

Who Are We Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, including a strong understanding of SAP programming best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP components such as SAP Integration Suite, SAP Business Application Studio, SAP Fiori/UI5, and SAP HANA Cloud.
• Experience in integrating SAP S/4HANA with cloud applications and utilizing BTP for cloud-based extensions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM, SD, PP) and their corresponding ABAP objects.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 development for creating responsive web applications.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, OData Services, and Web Services for integration between SAP and external systems.
• Proficiency in ABAP Workbench, Eclipse-based IDE, and modern ABAP technologies (e.g., ABAP on HANA, CDS views, AMDP).
• Understanding of cloud concepts and hands-on experience in deploying and managing applications on SAP BTP.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in both ABAP and cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in SAP ABAP or SAP BTP.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 design principles.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based application lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
