Management Level Senior Associate

& Summary A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. You\xe2\x80\x99ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our Information Technology Quality team manages Information Technology operational processes, including configurations, change management, and incident management and provides oversight to third party suppliers that deliver services for Information Technology operations.

You will be part of the quality & risk management team in support of a large or several smaller projects, specifically in the field of Quality & Delivery Transformation. You will work directly with leaders across functions and geographies to identify quality management needs and drive change adoption and sustainment.

How You Will Contribute

You will:

• Act as a program lead and be accountable for organizational strategic initiatives for risk & quality across all our locations
• Work directly with leaders across functions and geographies to ensure strategic initiatives & programs are embraced, adopted, and sustained
• Contribute to pursuit teams and proposal development, including innovative approaches and methodologies.
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership for the Quality & delivery excellence community,
• Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of various programs launched under the umbrella of AC Quality
• Define, design and execute strategic initiatives and transformation interventions
• Provide support to build quality and delivery excellence capability for key roles within the firm and coach professionals
• Analyze complex ideas and building a range of meaningful recommendations.
• Communicate complex information effectively in written and verbal formats to various situations and audiences.

What You Will Bring to this role

• Post graduate degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, MBA or comparable experience.
• Prior 6-8 years of professional services experience is an asset and good to have experience deploying initiatives for standardized and consistent quality & risk management
• Experience managing change on initiatives in a global corporate environment.
• Experience managing and influencing executive stakeholders to drive adoption, relevancy, and business impact with speed
• A passion for change and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
• Self-motivated with a passion for high impact work and teamwork.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, strong facilitation skills.
• Commitment to valuing differences and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard.
• Will to learn, adopt and lead new ways of doing things (e.g., personas, journey mapping, gamification, etc.);
