Early joiners shall be preferable.Key Responsibilities :\xc2\xb7 End to end management of construction project lifecycle encompassing planning, monitoring, inter-discipline coordination & resource planning\xc2\xb7 Advise on best practices, risk identification & mitigation, stakeholder management, engineering coordination etc\xc2\xb7 Preparation of integrated L3 Schedule preparation using project scheduling software - Microsoft Projects/ Primavera P6\xc2\xb7 Responsible for planning & monitoring functional schedules with focus on sequencing, durations, dependencies, constraints & resource requirement\xc2\xb7 Schedule management covering periodic update of integrated schedule & reporting of critical paths\xc2\xb7 Conducting project schedule analysis to identify delay/ lags in the project and to derive mitigation strategies to overcome the delays\xc2\xb7 Manage discussions with contractors to review progress, understand concerns & developing mitigation actions\xc2\xb7 Inter discipline & inter functional coordination for engineering, procurement & construction\xc2\xb7 Stakeholder progress reporting through MIS reports and generating key action points for the project managerDesired qualificationsB.E. Mech/Civil/Electrical from Tier 1/2 colleges + Post Graduation (MBA/Post graduate diploma in Construction Management)Location and way of workingThis profile requires the selected candidate to operate mostly out of project site, which can be located anywhere in India
