Summary: As a Senior Consultant, Professional Services, you will be implementing insightsoftware\'s \'Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting Solutions\' based on the latest Cloud technology for leading, world-class customers reporting to the Professional Services Manager. Over time, you will become an expert at implementing our Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting Solutions and eventually become a trusted advisor and coach to our customers. To be successful in this role, you will need a good understanding of the Finance function of larger organizations and the ability to quickly learn how to use and configure modern budgeting and reporting business applications, demonstrate excellent communication skills, devise and demonstrate disciplined execution. Primary Responsibilities: Understand customer\'s data flows and processes around budgeting and planning processes Conducting information-gathering sessions with customer Analyse customer requirements to create maintainable applications following best practice guidelines on application and information design Implement one or more of our products for new and existing customers Enhance and maintain existing customer\'s applications Develop prototypes within feasibility studies Set-up, configure, and test components of customer solutions Integrate products with customers\' ERP systems and other data sources Manage system testing and rollout activities Assist with execution and reconciliation of data conversion Provide acceptance testing and post-implementation support Other tasks as requested by leadership Record your time weekly in our PSA solution Achievements/Goals within first 6-12 months: Comprehensive four-weeks onboarding program Shadowing/Assuming a role of a junior developer on the first project under guidance of lead architect Coming up to a target billable utilization ratio in 5 months Be able to conduct meetings with customers in role of finance director/comptroller/VP to lead design sessions Assuming ownership of projects in 6-7 months Ability to build and execute project implementation plan with or without help from Project Manager Regular accurate recording of worked hours and monitoring of project budget Qualifications Bachelors or Master\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or Business Systems 5+ years\' experience in accounting or finance with strong focus on budgeting and forecasting Strong Financial Modelling skills Experience in a customer services role (consulting) within the Finance function of an organization Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple competing tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Corporate Performance Management (ex. Cognos, Hyperion, SSAS, Longview - understanding dimensions, hierarchies and roll-ups), Understanding ERP financial software solutions Understanding software life cycle Experience with SQL Demonstrated adherence to our core values: Results Orientation, Winning Attitude, Be One Team, Disciplined Execution, and Growth Mindset Nice to Have Knowledge of Multi-Dimensional planning solutions Knowledge of Relational Databases Accounting or Finance Certification is a plus (CPA, CMA, CIA, etc.) Additional Information Ideal candidate should exhibit the following traits Communication - Communicate effectively with customers and internal cross-functional partners, creating promoters at every touchpoint.
