JOB SUMMARY:
A "Senior Consultant - Client Services" for client testing primarily responsible for building, executing, and troubleshooting test cases using Opkey testing software for Oracle Cloud Financials for mid to large size clients.
They also provide internal functional support and other activities related to client testing. A Senior Consultant is continually testing enhancements, as well as new functionality. This position involves identifying additional opportunities within mid to large size clients and providing expert guidance primarily to internal teams and occasionally clients. The resource should have a recent working knowledge and experience with Oracle Cloud Financial functionality and business processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Works collaboratively with testing team to develop, test, and troubleshoot scripts within Oracle Cloud Financials and secondarily, other Oracle modules.
• Use Opkey to develop, execute, and troubleshoot test scripts.
• Execute assigned test scripts, either manually or automated, each month based upon Oracle's update schedule.
• Breakdown business processes and understand the smaller, dependent components.
• Identifies and applies creative and innovative approaches to resolving testing issues.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional client service in a timely manner.
• Work closely with internal manager and peers to understand meet deadlines.
MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION :
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.
• Oracle Financials Certifications preferred.
• MBA, relevant Master's Degree, or advanced degree is a plus.
• CPA certification or an equivalent is a plus.
• QA, Selenium, or Opkey Certifications is a plus.
EXPERIENCE :
• 5+ years of client service experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant with 2+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades.
• Experience and/or Oracle certifications with several of the following modules:
+ General Ledger
+ Account Receivables
+ Account Payables
+ Fixed Assets
+ Accounting Hub
+ Advance Collections and Credits
+ Cash Management
+ Expense Management
• Accounting experience, such as Chart of Accounts redesign, Financial Reporting, and/or MultiOrg / Mutli Currency.
• Quality Assurance or ERP testing experience using Selenium and/or Opkey is a plus.
• Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to troubleshoot issues.
• Ability to collaborate with a team, work independently, and manage multiple task assignments.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• High commitment to exceed performance expectations.
• Professional approach when dealing with internal peers and external customers.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected.
