In this role candidates are required to have exposure to T&E process functions along with knowledge of Concur tool
Responsibilities

  • Understanding of the Travel and Expense process functionality and capabilities
  • Use Concur skills to perform administration activities and trouble-shoot configuration issues, if any
  • Identify and escalate critical incidents with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
  • Provides updates, status, and completion information to manager, problem request tracking system, and/or users, via voice mail, e-mail, or in-person communication.
  • Collaborate with various cross functional teams to resolve the issues
  • Responsible for handling customer requests within the prescribed SLA. Able to work in a competitive environment, meet the KPIs productivity quality and provide customer satisfaction.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors in Commerce
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience required in a T&E profile with experience in Concur including the below-Concur administration
  • User administration including setup of new users, profile changes, deactivation etc
  • Assign corporate cards and card transactions to user profile
  • Run periodic reports configured in Concur and investigate any interface errors
  • Create customized reports in Cognos - Preferable
  • Working knowledge of Concur and configured rules / alerts
  • Trouble shooting of various issues related to employee profile, expense claim, Corp cards, payments, lodge and Virtual cards.
  • Experience in failed financial posting for payments.
Card administration including communication with employees and bank for
  • New card requests
  • Card deactivation
  • Credit limit increase/decrease
  • Lost card etc.
Queries and project management
  • Manage employee queries related to T&E process
  • Prepare client governance updates
  • Monitor SLA and adherence to quality
