Job Description

Responsibilities:Technical coach to design, develop, coordinate, conduct and monitor large or medium-scale coaching and mentoring programs required for individuals and teams engineering transformation. Job involves getting deeper to understand team challenges and influence change thru various interventions including coaching, mentoring and training. Demonstrated techniques and methods of modern software engineering and product delivery. (examples could include: Git/Github, AWS/CDK, Typescript/Javascript,Python/Java) As well as XP practices. Qualifications:Effectively and efficiently educate new and experienced employees on AWS cloud.
Provide hands-on coaching support to the teams on AWS-cloud.
XP Engineering practices (TDD/BDD/Pair/Mob programming etc.)
DevOps (setting up CI CD pipelines) tactics.
Test Automation practices.
Demonstrate leadership by effectively coordinating, participating, monitoring and meeting deadlines of assigned coaching engagements while focusing on business unit goals
Identifying the problems in specific/designated areas towards performance or procedural improvements and working towards resolving those.
Understanding and implementing Principal Global Services strategic initiatives/business objectives in collaboration with the leaders
Proven ability to engage with product professionals, engineers, designers, and team leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship. Additional Information:Education: Graduate - bachelors degree (preference in a computer science)Skills required:
6+ years of work experience within software/application development projects.
