Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Payer and will thrive in a hybrid work model. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a strong ability to drive impactful projects. The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements.Responsibilities * Lead the design and implementation of complex projects within the Payer domain.

• Oversee project timelines ensuring all deliverables are met within the specified timeframes.
• Provide expert guidance on healthcare payer processes and systems to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project challenges.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout project execution.
• Mentor junior consultants providing them with the necessary support and knowledge to excel.
• Utilize advanced analytical skills to assess project performance and implement improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for senior management and clients.
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams and clients to ensure alignment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative solutions to projects.

Qualifications * Possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant field a Masters degree is preferred.

• Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting with a focus on the Payer domain.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Have a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects.
• Display a deep understanding of healthcare payer processes and systems.
• Be adept at mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Be capable of working effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
