Responsibilities: o Ensure that complex customer business requirements are accurately captured, documented, communicated, and understood by developers, consultants, business, and technology management both internally, and by customers. o Build consensus and prioritize requirements with business teams, delivering broad design and implementation guidelines, functional architecture alignment, defining workflows and gaining agreement with business teams, customer Segmentation, rule selection, development, and implementation (including configuration and data requirements), documenting user stories, o Creating functional document capturing software configurations pertaining to Business Requirements in Scope and managing the documentation of changes to configuration during implementation o Developing strategy for assessing client's existing Customer Risk methodology against vendor capabilities. o Working on approach for process design and configuring those designs in Anti-Financial Crime products/platforms o Performing fit-gap analysis to determine gaps in business process and/or technology capability in the vendor product. Creating strategy for handling those gaps o Coordinating between client and vendor to ensure clear messaging to avoid redundant discussions and communications o Work closely with technical team to define application metrics, reports, dashboards, data mapping, and other functional integration requirements. o Contribute overall to the team's continual improvement process by preparing System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documents including deliverables checklist, Project Management, business requirements, design diagram specifications, QA & UAT test plans
