The opportunity
EY is looking for MIS (JAVA Developer) - Senior Consultant

Your key responsibilities

• 1. Support in the development and updating of dashboards developed to capture the data from the field regarding the implementation of JJM in Rajasthan
• 2. Make recommendations for software, hardware, and other back-end applications related to Web development and data storage/ management platforms to be procured by PHED to facilitate the smooth operation of the website/ dashboard
• 3. Work with state-level teams to organize data input according to the data analysis plan.
• 4. Design a coding manual with a coding system attributing a name or number for each linked variable, by question, and by instrument.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 1. Minimum 7 years of experience
• 2. Experience in the development of Java dashboards

Ideally you\'ll also have

• Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
• Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
