Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 6-9 years of experience working as a Scrum Master, PMO, Project Manager, or a related role in an Agile environment.
• Strong experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high performance.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar enterprise Agile frameworks.
• Prior experience in industries like IT, Finance, or Consulting.
• Ready to work in hybrid workplace arrangement
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
• Finance Domain knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies is a plus.
• Ability to manage globally distributed teams and stakeholders.
