Develops, implements, administers, and certifies compliance policies, procedures, and practices. Ensures alignments with ethics and compliance standards of the organization. Provides high quality compliance advice and services on the company\'s compliance obligations and risks Support with audits, reviews or investigations Reviews submissions of business interactions with HCPs/HCOs and sales/marketing activities, conducts prior approvals and daily consultation to support OUs business operation Develops, implements and delivers training of compliance policies and procedures including follow-through on training records and communications with employees on training requirements Provides compliance related updates, presentations, analyzes metrics and/or reports relevant to Compliance work and sets KPIs for improvement in responsible markets Works closely with APAC and global Office of Ethics & Compliance teams to ensure that best practice in compliance which is consistent with international requirements is identified and implemented Provides assistance to and being engaged in the APAC Ethics & Compliance projects and/or global projects leading by APAC regional representatives Supports compliance training and communications in local languages in India including but not limited to Channel Compliance training to dealers/distributors Supports Compliance relevant knowledge transfer across countries in APAC Must Have: Minimum Requirements Any graduate with 6-9 Yearsof experience in Ethics & Compliance along with Audit exposure. Solid professional communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to communicate with a variety of people at differing levels effectively. Nice to Have . Ethics and compliance related exposure or experience. . Good interpersonal skills. . Good knowledge of data management including expertise on Microsoft Excel . Good presentation skills with Microsoft Power point presentation
