*Job Opportunity: Senior Executive Compliance / Senior Manager Compliance**Location:* Gurgaon, Haryana*Industry:* Security & Facilities Management Company*Salary* 40k to 1 lakh*Job Summary:*Ensure compliance with labour laws (ESI, PF, Contractual Labour Act) through meticulous oversight, strong analytical skills, and effective communication with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.*Key Responsibilities:*

• Develop and implement compliance strategies for ESI, PF, Contractual Labour Act, and other laws
• Monitor and update policies based on changes in labour laws
• Conduct audits to assess compliance
• Liaise with regulatory agencies and manage report submissions
• Investigate and address compliance issues
• Collaborate with teams to integrate compliance into business processes
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend risk mitigation measures

*Qualifications:*

• Bachelor\'s in Law, Business Administration, HR, or related field (Masters or certification preferred)
• Proven experience in compliance management, focusing on labour laws
• Strong understanding of statutory requirements in the security services industry
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with compliance software tools preferred
• Must have experience in PF, ESI, Contractual Labour Act, Government Liasoning, CLRA, Statutory Compliance
