• Assist the International Compensation & Benefits team that provides C&B support to 80+ countries spread across Latin America, Canada, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia
• Support the salary range review exercise across all countries including pre-program analysis, system enhancements, tool development and data roll-ups
• Project manage regional comp programs within International locations and contribute to global compensation programs/ corporate comp led initiatives
• Manage compensation data for annual market data submissions for all countries, conduct market analysis, participate in regional spot surveys & industry compensation forums
• Own the International C&B monthly dashboards, online reporting platforms and requests for data reporting & trend analysis
• Support compensation audits for the EU Pay Directive and similar country regulatory and data disclosure requirements
• International C&B point of contact for global teams including Finance/ HR Services/ Payroll/ Stock Services, etc. for pay audits, data validation, and annual reporting mandates
• Support global systems admin/ UAT and develop compensation tools combining knowledge of technical principles, advanced excel/ VBA and statistical methods
• Maintain International C&B Comp repository for country information, job structures, and policy documentation
• Offer comp support to regional HR Leads for salary offers, employee salary trends, equity compensation grants and executive pay summaries
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor degree with 4+ years experience in finance, business analytics, HR compensation or HRMS systems
• Excellent Excel skills, basic/intermediate VBA programming skills (or other computer language and drive to learn VBA)
• Proficient with statistical test and methods,
• Strong analysis and research skills. Ability to tenaciously pursue a problem to resolution
• Ability to stay organized, prioritize objectives in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Excellent analytic skills, attention to detail. Ability to turn data into Insights.
• Self-directed, proactive with ability to multi-task.
• Energetic and positive attitude in the face of stress.
