Webex Calling is built on cloud calling platform using technologies like Microservices, Web Services & Web Frameworks (REST, SOAP, Spring), Cloud technologies (AWS), High performance UI/UX (Angular & Reactive Programming), ORM/SQL/No-SQL DB (Hibernate, Postgres, Mongo), Analytics (behavioral & telemetry), Centralize logging and visualization (ELK, Grafana), Container/Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), IaaS (CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform, Ansible), CI/CD (Jenkins), AAA etc... and industry leading Cisco technology stack (Collaboration, Networking and Datacenter products) at the center of this solution.What You\'ll Do

• Demonstrate Strong Ownership & Relevance
• Building cloud applications that are highly scalable and highly available, successful RESTful web services and APIs
• Lead in Requirements, Planning, Design, Review discussions.
• Work in a Continuous integration environment with the highest focus on software standards and quality
• Demonstrate a high degree of originality and innovation in defining product and project level architecture.
• Innovate and generate new ideas for Product & Process, BU and Cisco, build prototypes, propose ideas
• Analyze customer feedback and customer issues, participate actively in customer support activities which includes triage & providing resolutions
• Incrementally upgrade & develop new skills to adapt to new product requirements, participate and present leanings in a BU level forums
• Document software design, flows and use cases using various software design techniques like Sequence Diagrams, Architectural Diagrams, Class Diagrams etc...
• Good Team Player - Recognize & Respect each other, Have Fun, Adapt to Cisco Culture, Demonstrate the highest Ethics & Integrity, Give importance to Health & Family

Who You Are

• 8+ years of experience in Web Technologies (programming using Java/J2EE or Python, Spring, REST, SOAP, Apache Tomcat/ Nginx/ httpd
• 2+ years of Cloud Technology Experience using AWS
• Hands-on experience crafting and deploying cloud architecture on AWS (Architecture, Development, Deployment and Fixing on cloud platforms)
• DB: Both SQL (Postgres) and any No-SQL DB like Mongo

• Cloud skills - Cloud Framework (SNS, SQS, KMS, S3, API G/W etc...) *Docker, Serverless Process, Access Control
• Knowledge of Cloud deployment techniques using Cloud Formation, Fargate etc...
• GIT/Gerrit/Jenkins, Should have experience with CI/CD and complete cloud application lifecycle
• Good experience using Build Tools (Gradle, Maven, ANT etc...)
• Working experience on RHEL or any flavors of Linux
• Good experience with test coverage tools with various testing techniques
• Experience using IDE (like Eclipse etc...)
• AWS Certification (Solution Architect, Dev associates) is desired
• Any experience in cloud security, AAA, SSO, IDP, SAML is Plus
• Any experience on Service Discovery/Distributed Caching is a plus
• Good Team work and collaboration skills
• Strong Problem solving skills and communication skills

Employees are also able to purchase company stock through our Employee Stock Purchase Program.Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
