Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer with 4-7 years of experience to design, build, and optimize cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), infrastructure management, automation, and security. You will play a key role in architecting scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Cloud Architecture & Infrastructure Management: xe2x80xa2 Design and implement scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud architectures. xe2x80xa2 Manage and optimize cloud services across AWS, Azure, or GCP. xe2x80xa2 Ensure cloud environments align with best practices for security, performance, and reliability. xe2x80xa2 Implement hybrid and multi-cloud strategies where needed. Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC): xe2x80xa2 Use Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi to automate infrastructure provisioning. xe2x80xa2 Implement configuration management with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. xe2x80xa2 Optimize infrastructure for high availability and disaster recovery. Security, Compliance & Governance: xe2x80xa2 Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and vulnerability management. xe2x80xa2 Ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC2, ISO27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.). xe2x80xa2 Conduct security audits and proactively address risks. Networking & Performance Optimization: xe2x80xa2 Configure and manage VPCs, subnets, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers. xe2x80xa2 Optimize cloud network performance and troubleshoot latency issues. DevOps & CI/CD Integration: xe2x80xa2 Work with DevOps teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). xe2x80xa2 Support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE). xe2x80xa2 Automate cloud resource scaling and deployment processes. Monitoring & Incident Management: xe2x80xa2 Implement cloud monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Cloud-native tools. xe2x80xa2 Develop alerting and logging strategies to enhance system reliability. xe2x80xa2 Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and optimize performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: xe2x80xa2 4 -7 years of experience in cloud engineering, system administration, or related fields. xe2x80xa2 Hands-on expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. xe2x80xa2 Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi). xe2x80xa2 Proficiency in cloud networking (VPC, security groups, routing, DNS, VPNs). xe2x80xa2 Solid understanding of cloud security, IAM, and compliance frameworks. xe2x80xa2 Experience in automation and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell). xe2x80xa2 Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK, etc.). xe2x80xa2 Strong troubleshooting skills and experience handling incident response. Preferred Qualifications: xe2x80xa2 Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, Google Cloud Professional Engineer). xe2x80xa2 Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments. xe2x80xa2 Knowledge of serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Google Cloud Functions). xe2x80xa2 Experience with database management in cloud (RDS, DynamoDB, CosmosDB, BigQuery). xe2x80xa2 Familiarity with Zero Trust Security Models and advanced cloud security measures.
