• In partnership with your Development, Product, Security and operations partners, you will have the responsibility to ensure that services have ability to self-service to validate compliant or not and where not, we have designed and provided tooling, reports and dashboards to drive remediation work.

\xc2\xb7 Automation - You will have a clear understanding of automation and orchestration principles, and will be eager to automate, wherever and whenever the possibility arises, while simultaneously eliminating technical debt. Automation must be part of your DNA.\xc2\xb7 Technical Experts - As service owner, you are the ultimate escalation point for complex or critical issues that have not yet been documented as SOPs for Level1 staff. You will usually get called in during incidents as an SME, when the source of a problem will relate to Compliance. You will have the deep understanding of service topology and their dependencies required to troubleshoot issues and define mitigations.\xc2\xb7 Develop, automate and maintain audit/compliance tasks in JIRA and related tools.\xc2\xb7 Build and maintain compliance dashboards to provide a holistic view of the compliance posture of the organization, with self-service validation on compliance work.\xc2\xb7 Partnering with the teams to ensure the security and compliance of Oracle Analytics team follows regulations, policy, standards, and best practices, through automation.\xc2\xb7 Candidates will be expected to successfully lead, manage and key focus is to automate services and programs.\xc2\xb7 Develop methods to extract data from Cloud environments to support the controls testing automation.\xc2\xb7 Evaluates the effectiveness of the internal controls, business processes, and corresponding evidence, in alignment with industry and regulatory requirements and expectations\xc2\xb7 Develop custom tools using latest technologies and integrating with our existing internal development tools (i.e. Git, Jira, Jenkins, Chef) to support controls testing.\xc2\xb7 You will understand the end-to-end configuration, technical dependencies, and overall behavioral characteristics of the production services to automate compliance requirements..\xc2\xb7 Creates and complete projects to assist in improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness, and minimize organizational impact and risk\xc2\xb7 Conduct business process reviews to both assess the efficiency and effectiveness of operations / service teams as well as evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls\xc2\xb7 Conduct interactions with Service / control owners that exhibits control understanding and confidence\xc2\xb7 Effectively communicate status to executive leadership within self-service reporting/dashboards\xc2\xb7 Communicates within the team autonomously and drives the communications across partner teams\xc2\xb7 Drives clearly defined intra-team issues to resolution\xc2\xb7 Learns actively and quickly; empowered to update and enhance current audit processes, tooling, and documentation\xc2\xb7 Maintains open communication with management and teams across OracleGeneral QualificationsThe candidate must have knowledge and experience with: (minimum 5+ years\' experience in)\xc2\xb7 Hands on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and/or AWS, Azure, or GCP compute, storage, and network operational experience.\xc2\xb7 Methodical approaches to troubleshooting and solving complex technical problems\xc2\xb7 Issue tracking and collaboration (Jira and Confluence).\xc2\xb7 Producing documentation in support of developed work (KBs, run books, help guides).\xc2\xb7 Linux/Unix system administration including system level knowledge of Linux on OCI Gen 2, creating and executing scripts.\xc2\xb7 Networking and TCP/IP fundamentals.\xc2\xb7 Utilizing agile methodologies.\xc2\xb7 Working with remote, global teams as well as individuals.\xc2\xb7 Ability to effectively assess and communicate risks and appropriate levels of urgency to management and engineering staff\xc2\xb7 Working independently and in a self-directed manner.\xc2\xb7 Most importantly, the aptitude to be a good team player and the willingness to learn and implement new\xc2\xb7 Methodical approach to troubleshooting complex problems\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to use multiple avenues of communication (verbal, written, ticketing, messaging, etc.)\xc2\xb7 Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to partner with management in support of key initiatives and projects\xc2\xb7 Motivated to accomplish goals and objectives to ensure organizational and customer success\xc2\xb7 Attention to detail, proven analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience and Education\xc2\xb7 A BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent\xc2\xb7 Strong application/product/software background\xc2\xb7 Understand internet networking services, such as VCNs, DNS, HTTP, ETC.\xc2\xb7 Programming and scripting languages (Python3, Java, bash, Golang, SWL is our preferred)\xc2\xb7 Using CI/CD scripting tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.\xc2\xb7 Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).\xc2\xb7 Experience on Database Administration/Development on Oracle Database, MySQL or other RDBMS\xc2\xb7 Experience in OSQUERY, or other Compliance, Security, Inventory software services.\xc2\xb7 Databases and big data stores\xc2\xb7 Defining and documenting technical architecture of complex and highly scalable products\xc2\xb7 Experience with Splunk and dash boarding tools such as Power-BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics Cloud\xc2\xb7 Experience with designing, building, and maintaining APIs\xc2\xb7 Preferred 1-3 years relevant experience working on SOC 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA (or other Healthcare), PCI, BSI27001 Compliance frameworksAbout Us:As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow\'s technology to tackle today\'s problems.
