Snowflake\'s IT organization is seeking a CLM developer who has worked on implementing Docusign solutions to join our growing team. In this role you will have the opportunity to build CLM business applications and design features to improve the reliability of our applications and systems. As the Docusign developer you are responsible to translate business needs into technical specifications, design and development solutions, test and deploy them into production.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner cross functionally with other business application developers (Sales / CPQ) to ensure our go to market business automation and data management process is smooth and well connected
• Significant experience in Contract Lifecycle Management.
• Have experience developing and configuring the Docusign CLM or any relevant CLM platform
• Provide day to day Docusign CLM platform and user support
• Implementations of various products within the DocuSign Agreement Cloud including development of CLM workflows and cross platform integrations
• Hands-on development experience on DocuSign APIs, Doc gen, Workflows, Smart Rules and Template configuration is preferred.
• Work closely with internal tech support to triage and resolve day-to-day issues
• Maintain and configure our development and test instances for our internal Docusign sandboxes
• Communicate and work effectively with cross functional teams including business teams, product teams, global IT Apps teams, consultants & vendors
• Strong desire to learn. You are energized when new features and technologies become available and eager to understand them and maximize their potential.
• Actively contribute to building and troubleshooting process automation across the Docusign instance

• Bachelor\'s degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology, or in a related field
• 3-5+ years of Experience in implementing any CLM solutions (Docusign CLM preferred)
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ Objects and Data Model
• Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
• Good interpersonal skills and strong sense of ownership
• Understanding of Agile Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies
• Understanding and experience with XML and/or XPATH queries and/or structured data
• Preferred experience in Microsoft Visio and/or LucidChart to create business process flows
• Understanding and experience with DocuSign CLM for Salesforce (DocuSign DocLauncher)
• Experience with Salesforce Administration a plus
• Strong documentation and process experience is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills is mandatory
• Strong self discipline and time management will be critical to the success of this position
