As a Customer Support, Candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service and support to Australian clients. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India.
Job Title: Senior Claims Consultant/ Customer Service Associate

Job Location - Mohali, Punjab
Required a suitable and experienced candidate with the ability to work in an internationally dynamic, fast-paced environment. The associate has to deal with Australian customers and insurance companies, hence having strong English communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills. Developed PC and customer service skills are also essential for success in this role.
Candidates who have lived/ worked in Australia, New Zealand, or Overseas are preferable.
Previous experience within an international voice process in customer service or the call center environment will be looked upon favorably.
Qualification:
Minimum Qualification - Graduate / Post Graduate
IELTS Exam scores would be a plus.
Knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
Timings:
Summers - Monday to Friday 4:30 AM to 01:30 PM IST
Winters - Monday to Friday 3:30 AM to 12:30 PM IST
Responsibilities and Duties:
Communication via phone and emails with insurance companies and clients (current and potential) in Australia.
Other ad hoc administrative duties as required by the management
Experience:
Minimum 3 to 7 years work experience in BPO, International Call Centre would be an advantage

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
