Must be available Monday to Friday 3:30 AM to 12:30 PM IST (winters) and 4:30 AM to 01:30 PM IST (winters) .
Previous experience within an International phone based Customer service or Call Center environment will be looked upon favorably.
Required a Senior Claims Consultant/ Customer Service Associate with the ability to work in an Internationally dynamic fast paced environment. The Associate has to Deal with Australian Customers and Insurance Companies; hence must have solid communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills. Developed PC and Customer service skills are also essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities and Duties
•Communication via phone and emails with Insurance Companies and Clients (current and potential) in Australia. •
Other Ad hoc Administrative duties as required by the business.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Lived/ Working experience in Overseas.
Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
Basic Computer knowledge
Experience in a Call Centre/ Customer Service/ Recoveries/ Settlements
Minimum Qualification- Should be a Graduate.
IELTS Exam scores would be a plus.
Prior International BPO Experience would be an advantage.
