We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with 4-7 years of overall civil engineering experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various aspects of civil engineering, including design, construction, and project management, and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards, within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Design and Planning: Develop, analyze, and prepare detailed designs and plans for various civil engineering projects such as residential, commercial, infrastructure, and public works.
• Construction Oversight: Oversee the construction process, ensuring that all work is carried out according to specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
• Technical Support: Provide technical advice and support to project teams, clients, and stakeholders during all phases of the project.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, designs, and quality standards.
• Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections and evaluations to assess progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure effective communication and coordination between all parties involved in a project.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the design, planning, or construction phases of a project.
• Project Management: Assist with project scheduling, cost control, and documentation, ensuring the timely delivery of projects within allocated budgets.
• Sustainability and Compliance: Ensure that all projects are designed and implemented in compliance with environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and local government codes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 4-7 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering, with a focus on design, construction, and project management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in civil engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, etc.), and solid understanding of building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address engineering challenges.
• Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers and coordinate teams in a project-based environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects or multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green engineering principles.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
