We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer or Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include property value estimation and the creation of detailed floor plans using AutoCAD software. This position will involve assessing the value of properties based on various factors such as location, condition, and market trends. Additionally, the role requires proficiency in AutoCAD to develop accurate and detailed floor plans according to client specifications and project requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property value estimations by analyzing relevant data including market trends, property condition, and location.
• Prepare detailed floor plans using AutoCAD software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to gather necessary information and ensure project objectives are met.
• Provide technical expertise and support during the planning and execution phases of construction and renovation projects.
• Perform site visits and inspections to gather data and assess property conditions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in property value estimation and floor plan creation using AutoCAD software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant certifications•
• Previous experience in the real estate industry or construction sector.
