Senior Site Engineer

Location: Pune, India
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Experience: Minimum 7 years (with at least 4 years in a supervisory role)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead On-Site Operations: Oversee and manage all construction activities while ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project timelines.
• Coordination Expert: Act as the key liaison between clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and site personnel.
• Blueprint Mastery: Review and interpret project plans and technical drawings to guide the construction team effectively.
• Ensure Quality: Conduct routine site inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Budget Oversight: Manage site budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource usage for cost-effective project delivery.
• Team Builder: Mentor and supervise site staff and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
• Safety First: Implement and monitor strict health and safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Problem Solver: Resolve conflicts and challenges on-site promptly to keep projects on track.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on construction trends, techniques, and technologies to deliver innovative solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 7 years in site engineering, including 4 years in a senior or supervisory role, with a proven record of delivering large-scale projects.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional team management and communication skills to inspire and lead diverse teams.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with construction management tools and software.
• Certifications (Preferred): Professional Engineer (PE), PMP, or equivalent.
• Work Ethic: Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a focus on quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
