We have opening for the Civil Engineer

Company Name : CMV Infraprojects Pvt Ltd.

Experience : 5 to 9 yrs

Qualification : B.E. in Civil

Job Location : Airoli Navi Mumbai.

Salary Range : 25k to 60K Gross Monthly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning and Design:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Understanding design and draft engineering blueprints using CAD software.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to assess project viability.

Construction Oversight:

• Supervise and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with plans,

specifications, and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure project standards are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections and testing to monitor progress and quality.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with architects, surveyors, and other engineers to integrate design and

construction efforts.

• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress

and any issues.

• Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and

correspondence.

• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project managers and clients.
• Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and stored securely.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY

? Ensure all work is performed in accordance with health and safety regulations.

? Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

? Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and interns.

? Participate in professional development activities and training programs.

WORKING CONDITIONS

? Office environment with regular visits to construction sites.

? May require extended hours during peak project periods.

? Travel to project sites and meetings as necessary.

EXPERIENCE

? Minimum of 5-9 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in infrastructure and

construction projects.

? As a senior engineer 5 years of Experience in same industry.

QUALIFICATION

? Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

? Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.

? Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
