Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure, such as roads, bridges, dams, and water supply systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Design and Planning:
• Develop detailed designs, blueprints, and specifications for civil engineering projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and technical analyses to support project planning.
• Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify project plans.
• Construction Oversight:
• Supervise and manage construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Technical Analysis and Problem-Solving:
• Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects.
• Assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Solve engineering problems related to construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and regulatory submissions.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including progress reports, change orders, and inspection logs.
• Present project updates and findings to clients, stakeholders, and management.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction activities.
• Stay updated on industry standards, best practices, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe.
• Proven experience in civil engineering, with a focus on design, planning, and construction management.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and project management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
