Job Designation: Senior Civil Engineer (for Commercial project)

Job Location : Cuttack.

Experience: 10-12 yrs.

Educational Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Salary Range: Rs. 50000-Rs.60000 per month.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they adhere to plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Execute excavation, foundation, concrete works and finishing works including Billing and vendor management.
• Direct and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project.
• Enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment, and ensure all activities comply with relevant safety regulations.
• Monitor and manage the use of materials and equipment, ensuring they align with project requirements and budget constraints.
• Keep detailed records of project progress, daily activities, and any changes or issues encountered during construction.
• Address unexpected challenges, troubleshoot issues, and find practical solutions to keep the project on track.
• Assist in monitoring project costs and staying within budgetary constraints, identifying potential cost-saving measures.
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Develop and manage construction schedules, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and milestones.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degreeor Diploma in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive AutoCAD experience ( Mandatory).
• In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Great mathematical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
