Location: Mumbai Experience: 12Years to 14Years JD: Responsibilities: Performing administrative and technical duties to provide management & remediation for known issues. Aligning to the EUC transformation project team to own and deliver some of the following key project tasks: . Design, Install, monitor and provide support of advanced functions of Citrix Systems and associated ecosystem and related applications directly or with the team . Troubleshoot connectivity issues from end user\'s perspective . Taking responsibility for technical issues in the environment and providing problem resolution . Diagnose and repair system problems working closely with vendor support for all servers, software and other hardware directly or with the team members . Assist in defining, maintaining and monitoring compliance to Citrix related security and software policies for the business . Assist in the design and build out of an Automated environment to allow Citrix Server builds to be provisioned in bulk . Taking part in upgrading and updating the system\'s applications, installing it with up to date descriptions. . Should strengthen the apps, the Windows server, and the principal operating system. . Executing helpdesk calls and classifying cases according to their priorities and accelerations. . Strong analytical skills . Strong communication skills . Ability to work well in a team . Strong time management skills . Awareness of and compliance with ITIL processes . Awareness of and compliance with Data Protection regulations in the UK . Ownership of Microsoft Active Directory . SME for Microsoft Active Directory and Citrix environment . Workload management for existing team of Windows and Citrix engineers Skills: . XenApp & XenDesktop experience . Citrix Profile Management . Citrix PVS . NetScaler VPX/MPX . Deep knowledge of Citrix Xenserver . Deep knowledge of Citrix Receiver . Deep knowledge of AppLocker policies . Deep understanding and contributing to designing Citrix-related GPO policies . Deep understanding of workarounds required for Software Restriction Policies required by the infosec policy . Experience designing and building a new Citrix environment . WSUS knowledge . Working as part of the team . Experience migrating Active Directory and GPO . Strong Active directory management experience . Strong experience building GPOs . Strong Windows Admin experience
