• Conduct research and development activities to develop new chemical compounds, materials, and processes.
• Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and interpret results to drive innovation and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with a team of scientists and engineers to develop and execute project plans.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior chemists and laboratory staff.
• Develop and optimize chemical processes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Perform chemical analysis and characterization using a variety of techniques and instruments.
• Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Keep accurate records of experiments, methodologies, and results in compliance with industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in chemical technology and contribute to the development of intellectual property.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of chemical processes into product development.
