We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior CCTV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of the latest security technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including cameras, monitors, and recording devices.

Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues with CCTV systems promptly.

Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and end-users.

Keep accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Collaborate with other security professionals and departments to integrate CCTV systems with other security measures.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in CCTV technology and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 - 5 years of experience as a CCTV technician or in a similar role.

Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting various CCTV systems and components.

Strong knowledge of network configurations and IP-based CCTV systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication.

Experience with advanced CCTV systems, including analytics and integration with other security systems.

Knowledge of access control systems and other security technologies.

Previous experience in a supervisory or lead technician role.
