• items with diamonds and other precious stones.

We are looking for a SENIOR CASHIER , who will organize and control the work of the cash register area, ensuring a high level of customer service and accuracy of financial transactions. The candidate for this position must have at least 2 years of experience in cash handling or similar positions, be attentive to detail, and have excellent management and organizational skills. Knowledge of English, Russian (preferably) and Hindi languages is required. Job responsibilities:

• Organizing the work of the cash register area: ensuring uninterrupted operation of the cash registers, organizing the cashiers' workplace
• Control of cash transactions: checking the accuracy of cash transactions, ensuring compliance with procedures for working with cash and non-cash payments
• Cash staff management: selection and training of cashiers, planning work schedules, assessing work efficiency
• Prompt resolution of emerging problems and conflict situations at the checkout, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Preparation and provision of reporting on cash transactions, analysis of financial data to identify optimization opportunities
• Compliance with procedures and standards: strict adherence to established procedures and service standards, training staff in effective work practices.
• Other additional tasks that may arise during the work process. Contribute to the efficient operation of the jewelry house.

Salary:

The salary is above the market average, discussed based on the results of the interview.
