Job Responsibilities:
Service Operations:
• Lead service operations to ensure smooth front-of-house operations.
• Greet guests warmly, assist with seating, and take orders promptly.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally.
• Beverage Preparation:
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of coffee equipment.
• Prepare and serve creative mocktails as per the SOP defined at the restaurant
• Training and Mentoring:
• Train and mentor junior staff members on service standards, coffee making, and mocktail preparation.
• Provide guidance on customer interaction, upselling techniques, and problem-solving.
• Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Customer Relations:
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, offering menu recommendations, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Upsell additional menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor beverage inventory levels and place orders for coffee and mocktail ingredients as needed.
• Rotate stock to minimize waste and ensure freshness of ingredients.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory usage and waste.
• Maintain and control the par stocks of cutlery, crockery, linen, supplies, and equipment
Candidate should have an understanding of restaurant billing & inventory software -Petpooja
• Leadership and Collaboration:
• Lead by example, motivate team members, and foster a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to coordinate service activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar role, with demonstrated expertise in service, coffee making, and mocktail preparation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable experiences to guests.
• Proficiency in coffee preparation techniques, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art.

Pay: ?15,500.00 - ?19,500.00 per month
