• Deliver maintanance to voice microservices/Management Framework through design, development, and testing, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Write code following best practices and participate in code reviews primarily using C++ and Java/Node.js.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Utilize automated deployment systems like Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Troubleshoot solutions, identify root causes of problems and provide detailed RCA reports.
• Contribute to CI/CD automation pipelines to support builds, deployments, and upgrades of voice microservices for both cloud and on-premise customers.
• Design and implement a comprehensive monitoring and alerting system to ensure the solution's maintainability.
• Respond promptly to production issues and collaborate with the team to restore service in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate proficiency in writing technical documentation to support system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Effectively communicate with peer development teams involved in joint projects.
• Assist QA, Product Management, Customer Care, and Professional Services with issues related to voice microservices and management framework components.

Qualifications

• 5+ expertise in C++ programming, including object-oriented principles and design patterns.
• Knowledge in Kubernetes and Helm for container orchestration and management.
• Experience working with Docker for container creation, deployment, and management.
• Proven track record of building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with AWS or Azure for deploying, managing, and optimizing cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, and PostgreSQL for database management.
• Experience in building and maintaining distributed systems, focusing on scalability and fault tolerance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues efficiently.
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and willingness to work with diverse technology stacks.
• Bachelors degree in computer science or related discipline.
