- Preperation of Procurement Strategy for a project- Vendor Management - Prequalification, Performance Evaluation- Vendor capability evaluation with reference to Commercials- Preperation of Project Approved Vendor List to assist Project Procurement Manager (PPM)- Assist in preperation & Evaluation of Pre-qualification documents- Resolution of Commercial disputes- Negotiation of Offers / Quotes, as required- Resolution of change requirements, as required to assist PPM in finalisation of Change Orders- Scope variations with Change Notes finalisation with assistance of PPM- Coordination with other related disciplines for smooth functioning of Purchase with conflict resolutions- Build and Maintain good relationship with Client SME teams- Assist Group Manager in Budget process- Monitoring and controlling of Budgets- Continous review and necessary Change Management for Commercial SOP\'s and documentations- Assist PPM in complete contract process- Lead a team of Buyers & Managers- Management Reports- Quality Audits (Internal & External)QualificationsEducationBachelor of Engineering (BE) - Mech, Civil, Chemical, E&IDiploma in Engineering - Mech, Civil, Chemical, E&IPG Diploma in Materaial Management or equivalent is an added advantageExperienceB.E 16-20 YearsDiploma 18-22 YearsFunctional Experience- Understanding of Purchase process & SOP\'s- Understanding on Commercial Terms & Conditions- Understanding of Vendor financials- Exposure in ERP systems- Profiecient in MS Office- Conflict Resolution- Quality Systems- Negotiations- Contracts Management- Vendor Management SystemsIndustry Experience- Hydrocarbon, Petrochemical, Chemical- Pharmaceutical.
