Job Description

Maintain and support the objectives of the Quote to Order, CRM, and Salesforce Automation (SFA)


applications and other complementary/supporting systems.

• Play the Subject Matter Expert role in application and process maintenance and enhancements.
• Help to define and optimize repeatable processes delivering additional customer value.
• Liaise between business and IT to enhance and troubleshoot supported systems that impact processes and reporting.
• Help drive the evolution of the Quote to Order applications with a focus on process improvements and expansion of system capabilities.
• Participate in new projects and work with business and technical team members on initiatives that may involve process improvements, system enhancements, or the development of new applications or software.
• Work with sales organization to define communication and training/enablement requirements and help prioritize needs.
• Takes a supporting role in senior-level presentations with management teams as necessary.
• Provide training to junior-level analysts within the internal team.
• Monitor production support queues and provide assistance for case escalations.
• Oversee user acceptance testing and help define best practices.
• Define test scenarios.
• Other tasks as assigned.
