Job Description

What you will do

• Organize and execute all required activities to deliver high quality specifications and designs that meet the business process requirements and that enable External Service Providers (ESP\xe2\x80\x99s) to design and implement the required IT solutions, within boundary conditions like budget, timing and architecture.
• Create, challenge and validate business cases for the requirements of the business.
• Validate designs and IT solutions as they are created by ESP\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Organize proper user acceptance testing, roll-out activities and hand-over to operations.

What you will need

• Proficient in SAP Finance & Controlling, with focus on product costing. Experienced through multiple full-cycle implementations, and knowledge of adjacent areas (like Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing and Reporting).
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s / Master degree in IT, Business Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field, or equivalent industry experience required.
• 5+ years of relevant IT experience in applications management.
• Team player; working together in (remote) multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
• Ability to collaborate and partner with business and IT in defining, preparing and executing projects and changes.
• Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with business partners
• Company business language: fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Project skills: knowledge of project methodologies, analytical & problem-solving skills, decision maker, prioritization and managing deadlines.
• Flexible in adapting to changing deadlines, priorities and requirements.
• Prefer with semiconductor experience.
• Experience in Agile projects and new technologies (AI, ML, Low code).
