Department Overview The Supply Chain structure is currently being dynamically developed here in India. It includes Demand and Supply Planning, Order Management, Order Scheduling, Repair, and Analytics. The department is responsible for supporting the global business processes and technology that enables the Supply Chain, and it is expected to become a Center of Excellence in global structures in the near future. Supply Chain is supporting sales processes and operations on a daily basis starting from forecasting through order scheduling and management, securing material availability up to shipping.
Our department, the Business Enablement team, is responsible for driving initiatives and supporting operational governance for the Supply Chain and Procurement organization. The role will lead or support projects aligned with Supply Chain and Procurement priorities and formulate them into deliverables with measurable performance results. The role will focus on Supply Planning and Supplier Collaboration which will transform how we collaborate with our suppliers in the future.
Key responsibilities will include:
Support business case development, requirements gathering, business process definition, testing process, deployment, and stabilization for identified Supply Chain projects
Lead or support business activities tied to Supply Planning and/or Supplier Collaboration associated with, but not limited to:
Forecast Collaboration
Purchase Order Collaboration
Blanket Order Collaboration
Scheduling Agreement Collaboration
Inventory Collaboration
Vendor Managed Inventory
Multi-Tier Visibility
MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO WORK A MIXED SHIFT
Skills
Knowledge of Oracle Order Management is a plus or an understanding of how an ERP system works
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner
Lead through influence management across diverse functions and regions
Facilitate and participate in process design sessions driving towards standardized processes
Facilitate collection of data to describe current processes
Coordinate project workshops, reviews, and communications
Identify change management issues and assist in the development of initiatives for change
Someone who deals effectively with ambiguity, as well as the detailed tactical activity involved in driving change and project deliverables
Must be proactive, self-starter who takes initiative
Collaborative, high-energy individual
Basic Requirements
A 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
3+ years of experience with Oracle or SAP Supply Chain modules
