Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create compelling proposals and presentations. Develop sales strategies and set ambitious sales targets in alignment with the agency\'s goals. Create and implement sales plans, including tactics for lead generation, client acquisitions, and revenue growth. Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, such as conversion rates revenue, and profitability. Providing guidance and support to the sales team, setting clear objectives and targets. Conduct regular sales meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management. Eligibility - Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in marketing or sales. Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, both internally and externally.
