Role Purpose & Key responsibilities
• Lead the continuous improvement and expansion of Financial and Operational reporting for Inspection Services. Support the business through Global Best-in-Class Reporting that delivers timely, accurate information and insights to the LRQA Leadership, SDS and Finance teams.
• Creation of Analytical reports that covers both comprehensive analysis and detailed reporting of financial results.
• Provide Business Control support to Regional Operations, Partner with FBP's and participate in monthly reviews.
• Laise with R2R, IT Helpdesk, SSC etc for resolving the issues and to ensure timely and accurate accounting entries for Business operations.
• Ownership for operational periodic reporting that covers global activity to monitor and drive
• Invoicing
• Reduction of Missing time,
• Hours and Employee utilization
• Project Performance
• Reduction of Debt and Accrued revenue
• Consolidation and Ad-hoc reporting
Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements
• Bachelor/Master degree in finance related field
• Qualified Finance Professional (ACCA/CIMA/CMA/CPA/ACA etc).
• 8+ Years of Experience in an International Finance Function including Shared Service Centre experience.
• Knowledge and Experience of Management Accounting is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Data Visualization Tools (eg. Power BI)
• Working knowledge of SAP ByD and BPC are preferred
MS Office skills including advance Excel.
• Good communication skills with ability to lead, influence, persuade others.
