Join us in powering the progress of global aerospace.Position Overview:Boeing Defense India team is currently looking for Senior Business Finance Manager to join their team in New Delhi, India.Position Responsibilities:Be a key member of the Business leadership team, contributing to the development of strategic goals and objectives and leading key initiativesProvide financial advice to the business on strategic and operational issues, run business case analysis in support of management decisionsDevelop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.Effectively plan and manage business rates and overheads, with a focus on affordability.Financial oversight and review of program budgets/forecasts, schedules and performance.Maintain a strong control environment achieved through maintaining a clear authority matrix, auditing activity (internal and external) and regular performance reviews.Own the Financial results for the business. Ensure strong financial hygiene and governanceDrive effective management of working capital, cash flows, costs and marginsLead the annual budget process and long range business plan preparation and monitor the delivery of key financial targetsWork with External consultants and advisorsDrive proposal strategies, including support to commercial negotiations. This will involve supporting the formulation of competitive proposals and negotiation strategies including review and inputs to proposal pricingPartner with finance colleagues across the enterprise in the oversight and support of Boeing India operations for execution.Responsible for Management Reporting in close coordination with different Business units, Programs and functionsAbility to inspire and motivate individual contributors and accomplish results through non-management employees who may or may not exercise significant latitude and independence in their assignments.Other tasks and duties requested by managementEmployer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (with major in finance) or Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is required as BASIC QUALIFICATION with 15+ years of relevant experience.Experience of leading the finance function for a sizable organization preferably with manufacturing operationsExperience of partnering in a growing business and demonstrated contributions in supporting the growth agendaExperience of working with MNCs\xe2\x80\x99 and a comfort with operating in a multi-cultural set-up. Demonstrated ability to work across borders, cultures and time zonesGood knowledge of commercials/pricing, accounting and financial controls (e.g. Indian GAAP, US GAAP)Strong negotiation skills with a track record of concluding commercial dealsProven ability to inspire and manage teams, both directly and through a matrix management structureGood interpersonal skills with an ability to win the respect and trust of colleagues, employees, suppliers and customersStrong ethical and professional values; the ability to resolve issues without compromising on ethicsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience in SAP system (preferred)Aerospace & Defense industry exposure( preferred)Typical Education & Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. CA) and typically 15 or more years\' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+ 15 years\' related work experience.Relocation:This position does offer relocation within INDIA.Boeing is the world\'s largest aerospace company and leading manufacturer of commercial airplanes and defense, space and security systems.
