About this role Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to support the Planning & Operations team within Corporate Risk Strategy Planning & Governance. The Planning & Operations team is responsible for the execution of Enterprise Programs for Corporate Risk. The candidate will perform testing and ensure the quality of inputs for processes. The Senior Business Execution Consultant will be expected to apply a consistent and repeatable process using test scripts, document findings, and report on the findings. This will provide a view into the quality of execution (i.e. timeliness, data quality, policy/process adherence, etc.). Key responsibilities include: Develop and maintain a working knowledge of business processes within the Enterprise Programs team Exhibit strong quality standards, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of testing techniques Execute, identify and track issues throughout testing Perform manual and/or automated testing Log, track and verify resolution of findings Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand processes and requirements Required Qualifications : we are looking for 8-10 years overall experience with 5+ relevant years required 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: quality assurance, Control testing, validation, ITNV, BCP Operations, Policy adherence quality checks. Experience in Quality Assurance, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
