Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join Supply Chain Management's Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Ariba Contract Compliance team.
This position is responsible for leading the deployment and sustainment of operations for contract compliance.
Business Overview
Supply Chain Management (SCM) falls under the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) and Chief Operating Office (COO) respectively within Wells Fargo. The Supply Chain global team specializes in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, procure-to-pay capabilities, timely supply chain analytics, and delivering supply solutions with acceptable third-party risk . Supply Chain also connects with our communities through supplier diversity outreach and by embedding socially responsible strategies into our sourcing processes.
Procure-to-Pay (P2P) manages the company-wide P2P program to ensure the appropriate controls are established with suppliers and that the goods and services meet Wells Fargo's standards of quality, service, and availability, while minimizing transactional risk.
Ariba Contract Compliance is nested in the Supplier Enablement area of P2P which supports supplier enablement activities for contracting, buying, creating contract terms for contract compliance and invoicing for suppliers. The contract compliance team operationalizes contracts terms that drive compliant purchasing and payment during P2P process.
In this role, you will:
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Leads, coaches and supports junior colleagues in day to day activities
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Ensure efficiency, quality and effectiveness of solutions relating to operations and processes within the Contract Compliance team.
Research complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
Analyze and present recommendations for resolving complex situations
Create and present presentations and communications for or management/senior leaders
Creates and maintains training documentation for the contract compliance team, stakeholders of contract compliance process and data quality rhythms
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, Sourcing and Procurement experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
Subject matter expert utilizing Ariba Contract Compliance features
Experience with SAP Ariba - Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLP), Ariba Sourcing & Contract Management and Ariba Buying & Invoicing
Ability to use data and insights to inform conclusions
Skilled at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Teams
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to initiate action, adapt to change, and quickly learn
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills
Knowledge and understanding of contracts and supply chain management lifecycle within the financial services industry
Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships.
