Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant
In this role, you will:
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
This role would require to work in US business hours
Required Qualifications:
8 years of relevant industry (Banking/Finance) experience
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Working Hours- 4:30PM-2AM IST
Day to day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Financial management
Resource management
Business reporting and analysis
Equipment and access management
Workspace management
Onboarding/off-boarding
Records management
Service desk and survey support
Operational risk, legal, and regulatory adherence
Vendor management
Business continuity and resiliency planning
Moving the lines
Operational support initiatives
Other core operational functions
Other Desired Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize and summarize large amounts of information, derive the implications, and present them in an effective way, ideally in the Wells Fargo environment.
Advanced business translation skills - the ability to turn structured and unstructured data into actionable insights that drive business decision-making.
Extensive experience and solid knowledge of financial management and resource management with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Solid experience working closely with senior leaders across the enterprise.
Superior customer services, business consulting, and relationship management skills.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word), JIRA, and SharePoint site.
Demonstrated experience playing a lead role in cross functional or enterprise-wide teams and developing collaborative working relationships with a variety of constituents.
Ability to manage in a matrixed organization and ever-changing environment.
Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives.
Strong process orientation and enforcement.
Knowledge and understanding of compiling and preparing executive summaries, whitepaper, dashboard, and presentations for management/senior leaders.
Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution.
Leads by example with high energy, transparency, relationship management, and influencing skills.
