About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant in Consumer Data and Engagement Platforms as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking. The Senior Business Execution Consultant will be responsible for supporting the Head of Customer Information Management to build our CIM processes, control execution, and rcsa related work (planning, build, and future maintenance). The Senior Business Execution Consultant will work with stakeholders from across multiple Wells Fargo lines of businesses and functions to manage the product roadmap and align it to business needs. The candidate will conduct value-based intake and prioritization across requests, track work item to adhere to the Risk and RCSA related delivery. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at In this role, you will: Demonstrate data products knowledge Has supported Product Operations & Execution as part of Modernization efforts Has worked on Risk and Controls related process Has exposure to Products and building products for Banks Capture, document and refine user stories in JIRA and streamline Partner with key business and technology stakeholders to assist with the product vision, guiding principles, and roadmap Work in a Scrum and Agile model Capture and disseminate product OKRs and key performance indicators Identify opportunities to continuously refine and optimize the strategic operating model Support program planning and funding processes and stakeholder communications Develop and maintain Agile strategies for prioritization, interdependency management, and scoping across use cases, organizations and competing priorities Facilitate meetings to drive solutioning for the Product.
