Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Administrator



Wells Fargo International Solutions Private Ltd, Centralized Credit Risk Monitoring Team (CCRM Team) is seeking a strong and self-driven candidate for the role of Senior Business Execution Administrator This role provides an opportunity to join the centralized credit risk-oriented team that delivers key oversight for specific credit initiatives and activities across the wholesale lending platform. The initial focus of the team will be on Credit Policy Exception code validation and Delegated Credit Approval Authority Reviews and other Regulator guided processes.



In this role, you will:
• Support the operations of a specific business line
• Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
• Manage requests for community relations events, sponsorships, company funding, volunteer activities, and special programs
• Perform business operations that are administrative in nature
• Facilitate efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and escalate concerns related to the assigned operation
• Provide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partners
• Coordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies
• Interact with immediate Strategy and Execution colleagues on operational initiatives
• Provide support for a variety of diverse support functions for multiple business groups or a specific line of business
• Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key performing indicators, to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups.
• Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities.
• Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement, while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives.
• Required Qualifications:
• 4+ years of Administrative Support, or, Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Desired Qualifications:
• Master / Professional education in Finance.
• 10+ years of experience in Banking Industry, with which exposure to credit risk management teams or processes.
• Experience in understanding of financial statement and financial analysis, with exposure in wholesale lending as an underwriter or reviewer.
• Exposure to U.S financials and analysis, would be an added advantage.
• Understanding of Leveraged lending loans.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exposure, to identify learning and value adding opportunities in procedure/workflow.
• Analyzes & interprets various data to remediate risk as per policy document.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint & MS Excel, within which exposure to Macros would be an added advantage.

• Conduct regular calls with LOB on quality and secondary reviews performed.
• Monitoring a risk-based program to identify and mitigate any operational risk that arises from inadequate or failed internal processes, people, systems, or external events or may provide oversight of an operational risk program.
• Participates in and provide consulting view and support for projects and initiatives with moderate risk to identify and mitigate operational risk in business activities.
• Managing Escalations, resolve and report to managers timely.
• Floor Support - Resolve Team queries and be point of contact for Process queries.
• Performing Monthly Key reporting
• Ensuring all Credit Policy Exceptions, Underwriting and Monitoring Variances, Other Tracked Events are updated in Loan System of record and approved accordingly.
• Indirectly managing the team in terms of coordination and ensured to meet the deadlines.
• Perform Independent Review of DCAA evaluations conducted by the reviewers to ensure the Delegated Credit Approval Authority (DCAA) is appropriately utilized by the approver.
