Ad Sales Management:

• Achieve and exceed ad sales targets for the print edition of our healthcare magazine.

• Drive ad sales for the magazine's website, ensuring consistent growth and revenue.

2. Event organization:

• Plan and execute profitable B2B healthcare industry events, both physical and online.

• Ensure events are targeted, engaging, and deliver value to participants.

3. Editorial collaboration:

• Provide strategic inputs to the Editor to shape the annual content plans.

• Ensure content aligns with market trends and audience interests.

4. Digital Initiatives:

• Lead the digital initiatives of Healthcare Radius, including website advertising, promotions, and social media strategy.

• Innovate and implement digital solutions to enhance audience engagement and reach.

5. Branding and Networking:

• Spearhead branding initiatives to position the magazine as the leader in the B2B healthcare space.

• Network extensively with healthcare professionals and associations to build and maintain strong industry relationships.

RequirementsQualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

• Proven track record in ad sales, event management, and digital marketing.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently

• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
